Sustainable Goals
Description of the service:
The aim is to develop a competence framework with the set of skills required to achieve sustainable goals as part of your organization’s mandate. This service implies a participatory review of the mandate of your organization.

It is not a desk review with proposed reduction of redundancies to boost efficiency, as proposed in current business process reviews. It is an interactive and proactive exercise, focusing on the set of skills required to achieve the goals of the organization, accelerating the mandate towards greater sustainability.

Identifying Skills
Description of the service:
The purpose is to audit activities and events carried out by your organization from the angle of skills (skills scan).
The service produces value chains and tables describing how occupations, skills and tasks interconnect in a given environment and in a service organization.
The identification of skills training needs at the level of the organization structure and/or at the level of single units of the organization, is carried out during this phase. After identifying skills, your organization can decide how to strategically reorient resources to increase efficiency.

The methodology applies to mega sporting events and multi-purpose recreational facilities as well as local ecosystems with high value–added and industrial clusters.
It also applies to private companies, local territorial districts and to local/regional institutions and to their strategic/developmental plans.

Anticipating Skills
Description of the service:
The aim is to project the required skills in a selected sector and/or value chain over 5 to 10 years. This requires an interactive series of workshops involving stakeholders from the sector in question (i.e. tourism, sport, agriculture, health…).

The stakeholders are provided with a methodology aimed at identifying areas of work and the skills required to boost the sector over the coming years in its various parts.
The service underpins strategic support activities required to upgrade the sector overall, such as the importance of investment in information technology, prevention, safety and health.

The outcome of this service is a set of skills required to be developed over the years in sectors and sub-sectors identified by the relevant stakeholders.

The value of this service is for an entity or a company to identify where to allocate resources and productive investments in order to grow exponentially over the next decade.

The territorial approach to stakeholders is part of our consulting and provides all involved entities supporting a given economic cluster with a clear picture of their interdependence and relationships.

Accelerating Sustainability
Description of the service:
Contrary to the belief, sustainability is not only about the environment and reduction of Co2.

The 17 Sustainable Development Goals adopted by the international community in 2015 are part of a compact. They reinforce each other, and the overall framework is holistic.
The environment and impact of the climate change are paramount. However, achieving sustainability requires managerial control and a clear strategy with solid indicators to get there.

Socio-economic issues should also be considered in transitioning to sustainable development. This includes results- based management and raising both individual and collective awareness.

It also requires the right resources at the right place in a company or institution, both at the local and national levels as well as in networks.

This consulting provides advisory services on how to formulate a sustainability strategy and how to monitor it over time, as well as where to put emphasis with clear recommendations to be achieved within a given time-frame.
